- How is TKC governed?
The spiritual and temporal affairs of TKC are managed by a Council of Elders, who are called to give godly counsel and insight to the Senior Pastor and to provide spiritual oversight and general care for the Church.
Each Elder must
+ be born again by the Spirit of God (John 3:3-7)
+ be baptized by water immersion after his new birth (Matthew 28:19,
Acts 2:38-41)
+ be filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:4, 6:5)
+ be an active member in good standing of the Church
+ manifest the characteristics of an elder as set forth in the relevant
teachings of the New Testament, specifically 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9
Each Elder devotes himself to prayer and study of the Word (Acts 6:4) and hold firm "to the sure word as taught, so that he may be able to give instruction in sound doctrine and also to confute those who contradict it." (Titus 1:9)
The Senior Pastor, Bill Jeschke, presides over the Elders.

- How should I dress?
Comfortably! Our “dress code” tends toward business casual to casual, as we care more that you feel God’s presence during our service than how you dress for it. However, if you prefer coat and tie or nice dress for church, you won’t be alone!
- When should I plan to arrive?
While the doors open 30 minutes or more before the service begins, most people arrive 5 or so minutes before worship starts, which is promptly at 10 a.m.
